SRI YANTRA PAINTING MEDITATION LEVEL 1

During the event “SRI YANTRA PAINTING MEDITATION LEVEL 1”, organised by Bhakti Marga, photos and video recordings may be taken and published. Bhakti Event GmbH (Am Geisberg 1–8, 65321 Heidenrod-Springen, Germany) is responsible for media production and processing. The recordings are made available on the shared Bhakti+ App platform, which is jointly operated by Bhakti Event GmbH and Bhakti Marga America (the Church) in accordance with Article 26 GDPR. Both entities have agreed on their respective responsibilities for data protection, and the essential information about this arrangement is available in the Privacy Policy. Technical backups or mirrored copies of the content may be stored on servers located outside the European Union.

  I agree that Bhakti Event GmbH may take photos and videos of me during the event and use them for publication on Bhakti Marga’s official channels — including the Bhakti Marga website, Facebook, YouTube, Flickr, the Bhakti+ App, and other Bhakti Marga media platforms — for documentation or promotional purposes. Some of these platforms (for example YouTube, operated by Google LLC, USA) are based outside the European Union. This may involve the transfer of personal data (e.g. video, audio, user interactions) to a third country where the level of protection may not be equivalent to the GDPR. In particular, US authorities may have access to such data without providing the same enforceable rights and remedies available in the EU.

  I agree that Bhakti Event GmbH may livestream the event, including images and sound of me as a participant, on Bhakti Marga’s online platforms and social-media channels such as YouTube, Facebook, and the Bhakti+ App. Livestreams may be hosted on third-party platforms such as YouTube (Google LLC, USA). This may involve the transfer of personal data to a country outside the EU where the same level of protection under the GDPR cannot be guaranteed, and where US authorities may have access to such data.

  I agree that recordings of me may be edited, archived, and later made available as video-on-demand content (making recordings available to the public at times and places of the user’s choice). These recordings may be published on the Bhakti Marga website, YouTube channel, Facebook page, the Bhakti+ App, or other platforms operated by Bhakti Marga or its media partners. I consent to the editing, publication, distribution, and making publicly available (in whole or in part) of such recordings. Some of these services may be hosted by providers located in the United States (e.g. YouTube, Google LLC). This may involve the storage or processing of data on servers where the GDPR level of protection does not apply, and public authorities in such countries may have access to the data.

  I understand that these recordings may show my participation in a spiritual event and may therefore reveal information about my religious or philosophical beliefs. I explicitly consent to this processing as described above. Also If I enter my spiritual name, I am aware that this is an information relating to my religious and/or philosophical beliefs pursuant to Art. 9 (1) GDPR. I expressly agree that Bhakti Event GmbH can use my spiritual name when contacting me. My spiritual name is given for the purpose of registration.
